At this time Sir Peaches is only able to ship within the United States. We ship via USPS and FedEx, according to your preference. There is a minimum processing fee of $5.00 for packing and labor. Shipping is then determined by weight. We can also hand deliver within 25 miles of our corporate office.
Your item(s) will always arrive well wrapped to prevent shifting or breakage during transit. Additionally$100 of basic insurance will always be included with your shipping. Should you desire more, you may choose a package which includes more coverage.
What to do in case you are dissatisfied with you purchase.
We accept returns within ninety (90) days on all sealed music media and books in original condition, new or used.
Used music media may be returned within thirty days if not to your satisfaction.
We do not accept returns of crystals. as all natural stones contain inherent flaws which make it possible to crack if dropped. We take care in wrapping our stones well, but if they arrive broken please provide photos for a refund.
